Tool Maker – No Experience Required

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring a Tool Maker for our client in Saco! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that invests in training and hands-on skill development. This position offers a Monday - Friday 1st shift schedule and is temp-to-hire .

This is an entry-level, hands-on manufacturing role where you’ll learn valuable, transferable skills while helping create ergonomically sound tools—perfect for someone looking to build experience and a strong résumé. Typical daily duties:

  • Light production and assembly

  • Operating basic equipment such as drill presses, milling machines, sanders, and deburrers

  • Assisting with the creation of ergonomic tools

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Willingness to learn— no prior experience required
