Bilingual HR Generalist – Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)

Ready to be the heart of HR at a fast-growing company? A booming custom steel fabricator needs a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR for a diverse team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead onboarding and new-hire orientation

• Manage employee records and personnel changes

• Support benefits enrollment and open enrollment

• Process payroll through Gusto

• Draft job descriptions and update policies

• Translate HR communications in English and Spanish

What you bring:

• 2+ years of HR generalist or coordinator experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Requirements • Experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role.

• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and HR administration.

• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.

• Familiarity with benefits-related processes, including enrollments and employee support.

• Proficiency using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate employee data.

• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills.
