JOB REQUIREMENTS: Instructors are responsible for providing quality academic curriculum, instruction, assessment, and for ensuring a productive and challenging learning experience is delivered to prepare students for the workplace and/or a pathway to further education. This position works to promote social justice within the division and the larger academic institution. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Two years (4,000 hrs) verifiable occupational experience as a journey worker in the construction/electrician trade. One year (2,000 hrs) within the last 5 years. Must hold state construction electrician journeyman license Completion of a course of study in electrical construction of an established school or an apprenticeship program in the past.
