Your Core Responsibilities:Program Coordination
-
Coordinate all aspects of the Apprenticeship and Mentor Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and participant tracking.
-
Maintain and enhance Career Pathways resources to provide employees with clear and accessible advancement opportunities.
-
Plan and facilitate program orientations, informational sessions, and skill-building workshops.
Partnerships & Communication
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for apprentices, mentors, supervisors, and external partners, helping ensure a positive and supportive program experience.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments and external organizations.
-
Promote Career Pathways programs through internal communications, presentations, informational sessions, and events to increase participation and engagement.
Compliance & Program Evaluation
-
Partner with Human Resources, operations teams, and external agencies to ensure compliance with apprenticeship requirements, funding guidelines, submission deadlines, and documentation standards.

Maintain accurate and organized participant, program, and grant-related records.

Monitor and analyze program metrics, including participation, completion rates, participant feedback, and career outcomes.

Prepare reports and use program data to identify opportunities for improvement and guide future initiatives.
Organizational Contribution

Support additional Learning & Development initiatives as needed, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and professional advancement.

Model and promote Lifetime Assistance’s values and commitment to an inclusive, collaborative, and positive workplace.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in education, human services, workforce development, business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
-
Three or more years of experience in program or project coordination, workforce development, or learning and development.
-
Experience working effectively with diverse populations.
-
Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic database or participant-tracking systems.
-
Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and report program data.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience administering apprenticeship or mentorship programs.
-
Knowledge of workforce-development trends and best practices.

Familiarity with learning management systems and program-tracking tools.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
