Temp to Hire
Syracuse, NY
Pay Rate: $24-30/hr
1st Shift: Monday-Friday
- Schedule flexibility required. 6:00am–3:30pm
What’s a typical day as Quality Assurance Auditor? You’ll be:

Performing line checks including in-process testing, component verification, bar code operation, sample reviews, aseptic monitoring, and final inspections.

Completing line clearance inspections and reviewing area logs for proper documentation prior to lot processing.
-
Checking in all components prior to production use and reviewing/approving production records and paperwork.

Ensuring accuracy of calculations, conducting chart, log, and batch record reviews for compliance to company procedures.

Overseeing documentation of production interventions and performing area purges, packaging, and vial wash as needed.

Conducting shelf reserve sampling, reviews, TRRs, and associated documentation.

Successfully completing Manual Inspection Qualification for vial inspections.

Maintaining compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies, and promoting a safe and harmonious work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold an Associate’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in science or a related field (required).
-
Have a minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.

Possess strong knowledge in quality auditing practices, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
-
Are proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer functions.
-
Demonstrate advanced interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
-
Can manage multiple tasks or projects and maintain strong attention to detail.
-
Are able to inspect, coach, and lead by example with minimal supervision.
-
Can work effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
