As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. This is an intermediate level position. The primary focus of this role is supporting Logistics which may include one or more of the following: facilitates product shipping, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service. May drive forklifts. Updates and maintains inventory control databases. Ensures the freight sorting area is organized, and follows the established sorting and stocking guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact: Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S...
