Take payments at the window for traffic and City ordinance violations including IDROP, suspensions, boot eligibility lists and collection agency monitoring. Maintain and update information with the Comptroller's Office and IL Secretary of State's office. Generate notifications to violators for past due violations including but not limited to delinquent, liable, final status and notification letter prior to collection status.
