Job Description

Our customer is seeking an experienced Epic Prelude Analyst to join the Epic application support team. This individual will provide ongoing functional and technical support for the organization’s patient access and registration applications, with a primary focus on Prelude, RTE, and Referrals. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Epic experience and be comfortable supporting a broad range of application needs, including build, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day functional support for Epic Prelude, RTE, and Referrals applications. Perform Epic application build, configuration, enhancements, and maintenance. Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, validation, and implementation activities. Troubleshoot application issues and work with end users and technical teams to identify and resolve problems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions. Support system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in testing, documentation, workflow analysis, and change management. Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and IT stakeholders as needed. Assist with production support and issue resolution, including researching and resolving application-related tickets. Maintain knowledge of Epic functionality, workflows, and applicable system standards.

Skills and Requirements

Hands-on experience with Epic Prelude. Epic certification in: Prelude RTE (Registration/ADT) Referrals Experience performing Epic builds, upgrades, enhancements, and production support. Strong understanding of patient access, registration, and referral workflows. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and IT stakeholders. Epic Cadence certification/experience is a plus.
