  • Partner with regional and local finance teams to drive consistency in financial reporting and planning processes across the organization.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business, financial systems, and operational drivers to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects supporting segment and corporate leadership.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, forecasting, analytics, and financial systems.

  • Serve as a key contact for requests from Corporate Finance and assist in coordinating responses with regional finance teams.

  • Assist in training and knowledge sharing across the finance organization as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related finance functions within a complex business environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.

  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with Hyperion, HFM, Essbase, JDE, or comparable financial planning and reporting systems preferred.

  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to prepare executive-level presentations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret financial results and communicate insights effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Manufacturing, packaging, or industrial industry experience is a plus.
