**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ** Vancrest offers a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents. Staring Wage: $30 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Responsibilities include: - Implementing a resident plan of care. - Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations - Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures - Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary - Consulting with and validating data - Recording pertinent information in the patient record - Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments - Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care - Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development Requirements of RN/LPN's: - Nursing License required Vancrest Offers: - Medical Insurance - including no cost and low cost options - Dental - Life Insurance - Short Term Disability - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Cell phone discounts An Equal Opportunity Employer To Apply: Complete online application at
