Job Summary:
The Nurse is responsible for collaborating with the physician in managing and providing for age-appropriate patientcare. This includes the immediate, short-term nursing care needs of patient, as well as, planning for long-term needs.The nurse's scope of practice is determined by the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and established procedures andstandards of practice.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensed Practical Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the state of Kentucky
Two years of experience required
Medical office experience preferred
BLS required
