TITLE: Molding Administrative Coordinator-Maryville, TN

REPORTS TO: Molding Manager

SUPERVISES: None JOB CLASS: Hourly

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

Provides administrative, reporting, data management, and coordination support for the Molding operation. Maintains accurate daily production information and supports Molding leadership with labor, scrap, attainment, quality, safety, capacity, and operational reporting.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain daily Molding labor reports and production records.

  • Collect, enter, and verify daily production, scrap, attainment, quality, safety, and labor information.

  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and maintain operational data.

  • Maintain Molding performance files, reports, dashboards, and monthly tracking systems.

  • Prepare and update daily information used during the Molding Daily Operating Review (DOR).

  • Monitor daily scrap performance and prepare scrap reporting when established thresholds are exceeded.

  • Maintain weekly attainment and production reporting and provide updates to Molding leadership.

  • Maintain monthly production demand, labor-hour, capacity, and supply-target information.

  • Track and update production line status and capacity information.

  • Provide accurate work orders, labels, forms, and other documentation needed to support production.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered timely and according to established standard work.

  • Support monthly file setup and reporting activities, including production demand, labor hours, scrap, and performance information.

  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and work with appropriate team members to resolve discrepancies.

  • Provide administrative support for continuous improvement and operational initiatives within Molding.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of operational and business information.

  • Perform responsibilities with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities.

  • Consistently demonstrate prompt, regular, and reliable attendance.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applicable computer systems.

  • Operating knowledge of SAP and other manufacturing information systems.

  • Ability to analyze, verify, and communicate production information.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and follow established standard work.

  • Demonstrates Drive for Results, Teamwork and Collaboration, Integrity and Trust.

  • Manufacturing or production environment experience preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs require.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach, grasp, and move throughout the manufacturing environment as required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous administrative, manufacturing, production, data management, or reporting experience preferred.
