Full job description

Overview

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for the Web Development Platform within our UX Platform organization. You’ll drive the roadmap, define success metrics, and prioritize investments across the full web development lifecycle — local development, build tooling, component systems, performance observability, and CI/CD — serving two audiences: the thousands of engineers and builders across Intuit business units, and increasingly, Intuit’s own customers building custom apps and agentic capabilities within our products.

This isn’t an abstract platform role. You’ve shipped code, felt the pain of slow build pipelines, and know what it takes to move fast without breaking things. That credibility is what lets you earn trust with engineering, ask sharp questions, and make prioritization calls that hold up.

A core part of the mandate: extending the platform with agentic and AI-assisted capabilities — shaping how coding agents and AI-driven tooling change the way builders work, whether internal or customer-facing, and partnering closely with engineering and design to bring those capabilities to market at scale. This is a senior IC role with real organizational visibility, on a team solving some of Intuit’s highest-priority technical platform problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, roadmap and day to day execution for the coding agent.

  • Define what a good outcome looks like for customers and how we measure it.

  • Partner closely with engineering, design and research to ship and iterate quickly.

  • Use customer feedback and production data to decide what comes next.

  • Make the tradeoffs between quality, speed, and cost and explain them clearly to engineers and executives alike.

  • Work across QuickBooks product teams to bring the capability to their customers.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years in product management, including ownership of an AI agent technical product or platform.

  • You have shipped AI agents to production at scale.

  • Experience with evaluations and defining success criteria for agents.

  • Experience building or working closely on an agent harness.

  • You actively use AI coding agents, personally or professionally.

  • A founder mentality. High agency, comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward shipping.

Preferred

  • Experience with developer tools, platforms, or products that generate software.

  • Experience with data, analytics, or reporting products.

  • Background in a domain where accuracy carries real consequences for customers.
