The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to work through complex processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and account analysis.

  • Support corporate consolidations across multiple subsidiaries, including intercompany activity, foreign currency transactions, and FX translation.

  • Review subsidiary financial submissions, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate consolidation and reporting.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, supporting schedules, and footnotes for quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q and 10-K).

  • Perform detailed account reviews, reconciliations, and financial analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • General ledger accounting, consolidations, and multi-currency transactions.

  • Navigate manual processes and system limitations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to accounting team members while remaining actively involved in deliverables.

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting issues, support audits, and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • Strong corporate accounting background with demonstrated experience managing month-end close.

  • Prior experience in an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting Manager, or similar hands-on leadership role.

  • Experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex general ledger accounting.

  • Knowledge of foreign currency accounting, FX translation, and multi-currency transactions.

  • Strong reconciliation, financial reporting, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with large ERP systems

  • Public-company accounting OR SEC reporting experience, including 10-Q/10-K preparation and financial statement footnotes, highly preferred.

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work effectively with manual processes and multiple systems.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing team leadership with individual contributor responsibilities.
