We Are:

We are a global collective of innovators applying the New every day to improve the way the world works and lives. Help us show the world what's possible as you partner with clients to unlock hidden value and deliver innovative solutions. Empowered with innovative tools, continuous learning and a global community of diverse talent and perspectives, we drive success in a new business architecture that disrupts conventional practices. Our expertise spans 40+ industries across 120+ countries and impacts millions of lives every day. We turn ideas into reality.

You Are:

A seasoned Workday Contract to Cash – Professional Service Automation (PSA) Lead / Consultant who brings deep Workday Financials expertise and strong professional services and customer accounting knowledge to help large enterprise clients design and deliver effective Contract to Cash solutions. You combine hands-on Workday configuration experience with a strong understanding of PSA, Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and Revenue Recognition, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated cloud-based solutions.

You are comfortable leading process design and configuration, working with finance, project operations, and billing stakeholders, and collaborating across functional and technical teams. You bring the core capabilities of a Workday Financials Lead, with a particular focus on Contract to Cash and PSA, and can confidently guide design decisions, challenge legacy processes, and drive solutions aligned with Workday leading practices and broader finance transformation objectives.

The Work:

As a Workday Contract to Cash / PSA Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Contract to Cash and Professional Services Automation workstreams

  • Identify business requirements and lead functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and definition of support procedures

  • Lead the design and configuration of Workday Projects, PSA, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, and Revenue Recognition solutions

  • Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Contract to Cash solutions to ensure workstreams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated

  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices for professional services, project operations, billing, customer contracts, and revenue recognition

  • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping

  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies in project delivery

  • Mentor junior analysts and consultants on project delivery and system solution approaches

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary based on business needs and client requirements.

Join a global team of 2,000+ Workday-certified professionals delivering transformation at scale. Learn and grow. Build your Workday, consulting, and delivery skills through leading training and development.

Who Will Be Successful at Accenture?

It’s not just what you know or where you’ve been that propels success at Accenture: It’s who you are, fundamentally, as a person. You take ownership — of your workstream, your client relationships, and the quality of what you deliver. You communicate with confidence and clarity, whether you’re running a client workshop, escalating a risk, or walking a junior teammate through a design decision. You’re naturally curious about how things connect, which makes you better at spotting issues before they surface and sharper at building solutions that actually hold up in practice. And when things get ambiguous — because they will — you bring structure and a point of view, not just questions.

Here's What You Need:

  • Active Workday Financials Partner Certification, with certification or hands-on experience in Contract to Cash, Projects, Project Billing, and/or Customer Contracts

  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials Contract to Cash / PSA experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional services, project operations, billing, customer contracts, revenue recognition, and/or global financial operations experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You hold an advanced degree or professional certification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related specialization

  • You hold certifications or have hands-on configuration experience across additional Workday Financials modules including Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Management, or Grants

  • 4+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer

  • You have client-facing experience with professional services organizations or Products industry client

  • You bring prior ERP or SaaS financial application experience outside of Workday, such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite, or Lawson
