Job Description: Egg Roll Maker Job Title: Egg Roll Maker / Food Preparation Worker Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and assembling egg rolls according to the company's recipes and food quality standards. Ensure that ingredients are fresh, food is handled safely, and egg rolls are prepared consistently and efficiently. Key Responsibilities 1. Assemble and roll egg rolls neatly and consistently. 2. Maintain proper portion sizes and product quality. 3. Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. 4. Keep the preparation area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. 5. Meet daily production targets and follow instructions from the supervisor. Qualifications and Skills 1. Previous experience making egg rolls is not required. 2. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices. 3. Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. 4. Good attention to detail and consistency. 5. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. 6. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Work Environment Works in a commercial food production facility.
