Full job description

About Havenly At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, Inside, and St.Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey! Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This isn't just another operations role, it's the opportunity to build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce. Our Core Values

  • Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
  • Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
  • Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
  • Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.

About the Role We're looking for a technically-minded Marketing Technology Specialist based out of Latin America to help scale the systems, data, and automation that power lifecycle marketing across the Havenly family of brands. This role balances hands-on support for daily campaign execution and QA with ownership of the technology behind it—including Braze and Klaviyo configuration, customer data, AI-powered workflows, and marketing automation. Success means making our lifecycle program more scalable, reliable, and efficient.

What You'll Own

  • Build, configure, and maintain lifecycle campaigns and automated customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and web popups.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Braze and Klaviyo flows, audience segmentation, trigger logic, customer attributes, custom events, and personalization.
  • Support QA and deployment of promotional campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across targeting, links, dynamic content, timing, and rendering.
  • Develop and maintain internal tools, automations, and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code and other AI development tools to improve lifecycle marketing operations.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and product teams to validate tracking, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure customer data is flowing accurately into Braze and related platforms.
  • Investigate lifecycle issues by identifying root causes across data pipelines, integrations, audience qualification, campaign logic, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, operational playbooks, and lifecycle best practices.

What You'll Drive

  • Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of Havenly's lifecycle marketing infrastructure.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows using Claude Code and other emerging tools to automate manual work and improve team efficiency.
  • Help design and implement new customer attributes, events, data pipelines, integrations, and lifecycle capabilities.
  • Identify repetitive operational work and build scalable solutions through automation.
  • Partner with lifecycle team members to improve experimentation, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Braze, Klaviyo, and related marketing technologies across the Growth organization.

We Are Looking for People Who

  • Have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing operations, or marketing technology, including Braze (preferred), Klaviyo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise marketing automation platforms.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills, including experience configuring customer attributes, custom events, audience segmentation, triggered campaigns, and marketing automation workflows. Experience with HTML, Liquid, APIs, JSON, SQL, or AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or Cursor) is highly valued.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.
  • Have strong written and verbal English communication skills and be able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours to support collaboration across the team (9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET).

Bonus points if you also have experience with experimentation frameworks, Python, JavaScript, workflow automation tools, Snowflake, GA4, Segment, or Shopify.

At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.

The Details
