Full job description

Educators 4 Education (E4E) provides high-quality after-school programming focused on academic support, enrichment, and youth development. We serve students in grades K-8, helping them build confidence, social skills, and a love for learning in a safe, engaging environment. What You'll Do: . Lead engaging, hands-on STEM activities for students in grades K-8. . Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in a fun, supportive environment. . Collaborate with program staff to design and implement interactive lessons. . Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. . Provide mentorship and encourage teamwork among students. What We're Looking For: . Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring preferred). . Passion for STEM education and creativity in lesson planning. . Strong communication and organizational skills. . Ability to manage groups and create an inclusive environment. . Preferred background in education, engineering, science, or technology.
