Project Manager

Procon Staffing LLC. seeks Project Manager in New York, NY. Manage large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with design, budget, schedule, and safety requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery. Oversee contractor bidding, contract negotiations, and on-site execution to maintain quality and safety standards. Conduct technical reviews of design documents to identify constructability issues and ensure code compliance. Support cost estimating, quantity verification, and value engineering to optimize project performance. Maintain communication among owners, design teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to align project objectives. Manage construction documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders using digital project control systems. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. Track project costs, review invoices and assist in financial reporting and forecasting. Requires bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field of study, 24 months related experience as Construction Project Manager/Project Manager or related occupation. Experience is required and must include: schedule management (Primavera 6P, Microsoft Project), AUTOCAD proficiency, Bim coordination, Knowledge in NYC DOB codes and safety. Salary: $86,944 per year.
