Job Highlights

Lead and implement Supply Chain Excellence initiatives of Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools, SAP IBP, SAP PP/DS, and related supply chain business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and transformation initiatives.

Identify improvement opportunities of supply chain analytics, reporting capabilities, and performance metrics to improve service levels, inventory optimization, working capital, cash flow, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) effectiveness, and overall supply chain costs.

Drive continuous improvement, and process standardization initiatives across operational and strategic Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to enhance supply chain performance and business results.

Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes across all sites/departments within SCM for the Lubricant Additives Business (LAB) unit.

Partner with senior SCM leadership in the Business Unit to provide regular project updates, KPI tracking, and governance metrics supporting strategic decision-making.

Experience / Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Sciences, Engineering, Finance or a related field,

5 -10 years professional relevant work experience.

Must have exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Previous chemical industry experience is strongly preferred.

Advanced technical knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP MRP/PPDS and supply chain planning processes.

Strong analytical skills, documentation, testing, process governance and continuous improvement mindset.

Ability to travel as needed up to 30 percent of the time both domestically and internationally.

This is a HYBRID role with an on-site presence required.

Compensation We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program. The established starting salary of this position in the U.S. in the named location is $121,600. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
