Full job description

LISW/LPCC - Therapist Center Street Community Health Center 136 W Center Street, Marion 43302 The LISW will provide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments, offer brief, solution-based behavioral interventions, maintain appropriate clinical documentation of all client work, complete individual and group education on health maintenance, and management of chronic disease and mental health conditions, offer referrals and consultations for patients when appropriate. * M.A. in Behavioral Health Field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) with at least one years' relevant experience. * Licensed in the State of Ohio as a LISW, LPCC, or Psychologist. * Two years relevant experience preferred.
