Are you an OB/GYN physician looking for an opportunity to combine exceptional patient care with meaningful community impact?
We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive women’s health services within a respected, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Compton and the surrounding community.
This position is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based care, enjoys working with diverse patient populations, and wants to help expand access to quality healthcare in an underserved community.
Position Highlights

Flexible schedule of approximately 2 days per week

Your Role
As an OB/GYN Physician, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting the overall health and well-being of women throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
-
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of women’s health conditions
-
Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
-
Educate patients regarding preventive care, reproductive health, and treatment options
-
Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
-
Help ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
-
Support community-based initiatives focused on improving healthcare access and education
Qualifications
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical program
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
-
Active and unrestricted California medical license
-
Current DEA registration
-
Current BLS and PALS certifications
-
Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly valued
-
Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus
-
Commitment to culturally responsive, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits
Annualized salary: $300,000–$350,000 , prorated according to FTE and schedule.
