Concrete Waterproofing Technician

The Role Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. Project Coordinators at Lithko are responsible for developing correct estimates and providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties in addition to managing the administration components for an entire project. Key Responsibilities: Work may include: * Concrete waterproofing applications * Caulking and sealant installation * Joint sealant replacement and repairs * Expansion joint installation and repair * Carbon fiber reinforcement systems * Surface preparation and concrete repairs * General construction labor and job site support * Following safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications: Experienced Applicants * Previous waterproofing, concrete restoration, caulking, or related construction experience preferred * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Knowledge of construction tools and equipment Entry-Level Applicants * No experience required - willing to train the right candidates * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Dependable and punctual * Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors Requirements: * Valid driver's license preferred * Ability to lift 50+ pounds * Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required * Reliable transportation to job sites What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunities for advancement * On-the-job training * Consistent local work * Optional travel opportunities for those interested * Supportive team environment If you're looking for a rewarding career in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry, we'd like to hear from you.
