Responsibilities: - Develop data collection workbooks and client presentations. - Collect and document technical architecture information. - Obtain and implement contingency and test plans. - Manage status communications. - Execute, lead, and document all lessons. - Plan and construct meetings to make effective use of time and achieving goals. - Establish and present detailed roadmaps and reports. - Track completion of delegated tasks. - Measure status and progress to adjust plans as necessary.
