Overview

Join our team as a Compliance Administrator, working at one of the three solar sites in the Peoria area. You will report to job sites daily, working from a construction trailer, and collaborate with the corporate team to ensure accurate documentation of project labor. Your role involves tracking hours and headcount to ensure compliance with the IL SHINES Act and IRA labor requirements, including monitoring journeyman/apprentice ratios and Equity Eligible employee ratios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the corporate team to document project labor accurately.

• Track hours and headcount to ensure compliance with the IL SHINES Act and IRA labor requirements.

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of journeyman/apprentice ratios and Equity Eligible employee ratios.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction, particularly in HR, payroll, or workforce coordinating.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Familiarity or experience with SHINES and/or IRA preferred.

• Strong data entry skills.

• Experience in construction administration and customer service.

Work Environment

The position operates on a day shift schedule, typically from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with flexibility required to meet project demands. The role involves outdoor work with the availability of a construction trailer as a workspace. All on-site labor is union-based. Travel between site in Pekin, IL, site in Princeville, IL, and site in Galesburg, IL is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peoria, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
