Full job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our team working in Crane, IN. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days onsite per week .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to track and support premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division.

  • Drive the successful tracking and operational delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion.

  • Orchestrate project workflows, interdependencies, and task order deliverables to ensure strict alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Standardize, document, and enhance program-wide processes, workflows, and program documentation under configuration control.

  • Identify, prioritize, and monitor project requirements and tasking to maintain 100% contract compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Analyze organizational and system structures to identify efficient operational workflows and baseline management strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or a technical discipline OR a High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in a government setting

  • Experience with document control principles

  • Experience and proficiency with technical writing and documentation

  • Experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting program, project, or business analysis for a government contract

  • Experience in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for program initiatives.

  • Proven track record managing multiple projects, pulling together complex schedules, and managing baseline dependencies.

  • Experience building schedules

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
