Description
SAIC is looking for an experienced Program Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the operational aspects of ongoing projects.

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
-
Serve as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management
-
Review project status, budgets, and schedules, and prepare regular status reports
-
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
-
Monitor project progress and support problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and clients
-
Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being fulfilled
-
Support the definition and implementation of project planning techniques
-
Assist in developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual and project requirements
-
Participate in establishing and defining program plan requirements
-
Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.
Experience:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow specific instructions and established policies and procedures
-
Eagerness to learn industry practices and standards
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with supervisors, project leaders, and team members

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Must be able to obtain/maintain active secret (Interim Secret required to start)
