Production Novice – Manufacturing

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $ 25.93/hour

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Job Summary

Entry-level manufacturing position supporting a specialized production process. Responsibilities include cleaning equipment, handling materials, weighing and inspecting parts, data entry, and following detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare production equipment and glassware.

• Load/unload parts and materials from production equipment.

• Weigh materials and parts and accurately record information.

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks.

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed.

• Complete production documentation and data entry.

• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all quality, safety, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

• Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

• Comfortable wearing required PPE and working around process chemicals.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Pay Details: $25.93 per hour
