Pharmacy Technician -- CVS Pharmacy CVS Pharmacy is seeking dependable and patient-focused Pharmacy Technicians to join our pharmacy teams. Pharmacy Technicians play an important role in supporting pharmacists, assisting patients, and helping ensure the pharmacy operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and prescription processing. - Enter prescription information and maintain accurate patient records. - Assist patients with prescription pickup, questions, and pharmacy services within the scope of the role. - Support prescription filling, labeling, packaging, and inventory management under pharmacist supervision. - Process prescription transactions and assist with insurance claims and payment questions. - Maintain pharmacy organization, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. - Protect patient privacy and handle confidential information appropriately. - Provide friendly, professional customer service and support a positive patient experience. - Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other pharmacy team members to meet patient needs. Qualifications: - Previous pharmacy or customer service experience preferred; not required for all positions. - Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. - Commitment to patient service, accuracy, and confidentiality. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Ability to meet applicable state registration, training, and certification requirements. - Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
