Employment Type: Full timeShift: Day Shift Description: Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor Eddy Village Green Cohoes | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Are you an experienced Environmental Services professional with a passion for leadership and creating a welcoming environment? Eddy Village Green Cohoes is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead our EVS team and help maintain the exceptional quality of our unique senior living campus. Unlike a traditional nursing home, our 192-bed skilled nursing community is designed with a neighborhood-style model featuring 16 houses, private resident rooms, and homelike common areas. Our campus also includes the Marjorie Doyle Rockwell Center, an enhanced assisted living program supporting residents with memory care needs. What You'll Do Lead and support the Environmental Services team Ensure a clean, safe, organized, and homelike environment Partner with campus leadership to enhance the resident experience Work alongside team members as needed to support daily operations Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers Qualifications 3+ years of Environmental Services experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and customer service skills Computer proficiency and ability to use a variety of software programs Ability to collaborate as part of a leadership team Why Join Eddy Village Green? Pay Range: $19.55 - $24.83 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
