Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process complex payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.

  • Audit payroll changes, earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.

  • Handle garnishments, benefits deductions, and multi-state payroll issues.

  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare payroll reports.

  • Support compliance, year-end activities, and payroll audits.

  • Help improve payroll processes and may assist with training junior staff.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of payroll experience.

  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now.

  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and payroll compliance.

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

  • High level of discretion and attention to detail.

  • CPP preferred for some employers.
