Full job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, OT as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts across multiple areas of the plant

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis to prevent production disruptions

  • Compare system inventory levels against physical counts and resolve variances

  • Compile, review, and maintain data from purchase orders, inventory records, and related documents

  • Assist with Engineering Change Order (ECO) physical part exchanges

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system

  • Use ERP screens to research, track, and resolve inventory issues

  • Ensure proper storage methods, labeling, and organization of inventory for easy access

  • Prepare reports on inventory status, shortages, and discrepancies

  • Participate in Tier 1 meetings and provide updates on inventory investigations

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Quality, Assembly, Fabrication, and other teams

  • Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy

  • Ensure damaged or defective materials are properly handled and disposed of per procedures

  • Partner with teams to improve inventory traceability and organization standards

  • Manufacturing Experience

  • Highschool Diploma/GED

$20.75/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
