Full job description
What you will do –
-
Lead and support logistics transformation initiatives including distribution center start-ups, network changes, system implementations, and 3PL transitions.
-
Partner with IT, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Legal, and other stakeholders to define requirements, design future-state processes, and successfully execute transformation projects.

Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support project decisions across distribution, transportation, inventory, order management, quality, and reporting functions.

Drive project execution activities including planning, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, cutover readiness, and go-live support.

Track project milestones, risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables while providing updates to project teams and leadership.

Support process mapping and continuous improvement efforts by documenting current-state processes, designing future-state solutions, and applying lessons learned across programs.

Collaborate with business and IT partners to develop business requirements, testing strategies, and system solutions that support operational objectives.

Provide post-implementation support by identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues to ensure successful adoption and operational stability.

Partner with internal teams and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful project outcomes.

Support the development and execution of Stryker's logistics transformation roadmap and continuous improvement strategy.

Monitor and report on key project and operational metrics including schedule adherence, budget performance, and launch readiness.
Required –
-
6+ years of experience (4+ years in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Operations or related fields)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent

Data analytical skills
-
Fluency English

PowerBI experience (designing and interpreting reports)

US5 : $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual

US10 : $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual

US20 : $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual

US30 : $116,100 - $193,400 USD Annual
