Executive Home Care of North County is growing and expanding our services in Carlsbad and throughout North County! We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

COMPETITIVE PAY: $19.00–$23.00/HOUR

REFER A CLIENT & EARN $100! Know someone who needs in-home care? Refer a client to us and receive a $100 client referral bonus!

WE’RE LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS WHO ARE:

  • Compassionate, patient, and caring

  • Reliable and dependable

  • Great communicators

  • Comfortable working independently and with a team

  • Committed to providing respectful, person-centered care

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
