Responsibilities for Employer Installation Coordination include but are not limited to:

  • Perform manual entry of enrollment data into the UMR Mainframe System.

  • Enter and maintain data in Excel files and Access databases.

  • Conduct daily reviews of eligibility reports and validate information against data stored in the mainframe system.

  • Compare reports and system data manually to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

  • Complete manual processing tasks assigned by Eligibility Analysts.

  • Perform quality reviews of data transferred between tables, systems, and Excel files to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Monitor and update new customer implementation tasks, files, checklists, and logs on a daily basis.

  • Maintain accurate records and support customer installation activities through organized tracking and documentation.

Candidates for Employer Installation Coordination must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Experience with data entry and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database applications, including Access.

  • Ability to review, analyze, and compare data from multiple sources.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

  • Experience working with reports, eligibility data, and system reconciliations.

  • Ability to follow established processes and complete manual administrative tasks efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple files, checklists, logs, and daily assignments simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Eligibility Analysts and team members.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Pay Details: $15.65 per hour
