Axe Build is looking for general labor to join our growing fabrication team in Sheridan, Wyoming. The ideal candidate enjoys an industrial structural steel welding and fabrication environment. Has a strong commitment to safety, quality, and precision. If you take pride in your work, and value a safety-first culture, we want to hear from you. Opportunities to grow your career. Required Qualifications: - Minimum age 18 years - Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead, confined spaces) - Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Professional Development: - Cross-training in fabrication, fitting, and quality control Work Environment: - New shop facilities with modern equipment - Safety-first culture with regular training and updated PPE - Collaborative team environment with experienced craftsmen - Stable, year-round work with diverse project portfolio - Local company with strong community ties in Sheridan, Wyoming - Axe Build is an equal opportunity employer.
