Scaffold Helper

What You'll Do
As a Scaffold Helper, you'll work alongside experienced scaffold professionals to safely build, dismantle, and move scaffolding equipment at commercial and industrial job sites.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment from trucks

Transport materials throughout job sites and designated work areas

Assist with scaffold erection and dismantling activities

Climb ladders and work safely at elevated heights using Cal/OSHA-approved fall protection

Pass equipment vertically and support scaffold crews during installation

Maintain strong communication with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations

Follow all company and job site safety procedures
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
