The Community Recruitment Coordinator serves as a community-facing member of the ACNC MEND core recruitment team and is responsible for developing and implementing community-based recruitment strategies to support enrollment across clinical research studies. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, initiative, organization, and the ability to work independently in community settings.

Experience in community engagement, healthcare, public health, clinical research, nonprofit outreach, recruitment, or a related field.
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Required Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

Develops recruitment strategies and yearly goals which promote and recruit subjects for clinical trials.

Completes, organizes and maintains recruitment records for clinical research studies.

Screens and evaluates volunteers for clinical trial participation by identifying subjects which meet enrollment goals.

Designs study-specific materials for publication.

Creates an inviting and friendly environment for research participants.
-
Measures and reports the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Develops recruitment materials and facilitate public promotion including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with approval for all public relations, outreach and marketing activities.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
