Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Project Executive for our NY office experienced with Rail and Transit
Responsibilities & Qualifications
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage staff working on projects within the group.
-
Responsible for successful delivery of projects.
-
Monitor budgets and schedules of projects.
-
Identify potential project prospects and lead preparation of technical (narratives) and cost proposal to support marketing efforts.
-
Prepare and participate in proposal presentations.
-
Partner with internal Talent Attraction team to help identify, interview and recommend potential candidates to be hired for the team.
-
Oversee, develop and mentor staff performing PMCM work throughout the Practice Area.
-
Drive implementation of safety, quality and staff development initiatives for staff and projects.
-
Maintain membership in professional societies.
-
Other responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE):
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field with 15 years of experience with a P.E. license, CCM or AIA.
-
Experience working for various local, state and federal transportation agencies.
-
Project Management Procedures (PMP’s) and Project Management Guidelines (PMG’s) familiarity a plus.

Proven history leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams of field-based staff and ability to foster strong connections across multiple deployed teams delivering construction management projects.

Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.

High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.

T.Y. Lin International is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $197,600 - $296,400 annually for this position and local market.
