ESD engineer

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ESD management in VN

• Lead and manage ESD related improvement

• New employee ESD training. 20%

• Coordinate and handing installation and maintenance with suppliers. 20%

• Coordinate and handing ESD exceptions on production line. 20%

• Complete production line monthly test of 1P and export testing data. 20%

• Coordinate and handing maintenance of air ionizers. 20%

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree preferred.

• Major in Engineering relate.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage data, competency matrices, and training effectiveness tracking.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.

• Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx.

Working Conditions

• 1+ years of experience in Semi-conductor Industry.

• Skilled in office software
