Job Title: Stationary Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Night Shift
Location: Nazareth Hospital
As a Stationary Engineer you will:
-
They assist the Director in the monitoring and supervision of the hospital facilities, equipment and staff.
-
Performs maintenance involving inspection, greasing, oiling, adjusting and cleaning on the following: pressure boilers, hot water heating systems, air handling units.
-
Dismantles machinery and equipment to gain access to and the removal of defective parts and repairs and replaces worn or broken parts.

Other duties as assigned by director
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High School graduate and/or vocational training
-
City of Philadelphia Class "A" Stationary Engineer License
-
Must demonstrate proficiency in several trades
-
Must be able to interpret blueprints and work from drawings
-
.Must demonstrate proficiency in building maintenance techniques
-
Must demonstrate proficiency in the operations of elevators and emergency power generators.
