Position Summary CVS health has an exciting new opportunity as a Pharmacy Technician on our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy team. The team specializes in MS, Oncology, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Transplant and Gastrointestinal diseases. As part of the team, you will be leading an innovative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy leveraging new and emerging information, technologies, and channels.
You will be essential to ensuring medication has been filled correctly and be responsible for accurately entering prescription information as needed. You will also be asked to contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, perform refill reminder calls, accurately fill medication orders, prepare orders for delivery, packing/shipping medication orders via various carriers for final delivery to the patient, maintaining adequate inventory, managing inventory functions.
The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and we are seeking someone to work full time.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a clinically-based customer service representative role.
- Active PA pharmacy technician license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Retail environment.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- Previous Prior Authorization experience.
- Previous Pharmacy Claim Adjudication experience.
Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
