Job Description

One of our largest cruise lines is looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist supporting the execution of National Accounts, Co-op Marketing, and Trade Marketing initiatives by coordinating and delivering marketing programs across print, digital, and multimedia channels. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Creative, Marketing, and external partners to ensure marketing materials are developed accurately, approved efficiently, and launched on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range - $23-$25

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, strategic account marketing, national accounts marketing, B2B marketing, or sales support.

  • Demonstrated experience executing marketing campaigns and co-op marketing programs.

  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows, creative development processes, and approval procedures.

  • Experience using project management, collaboration, and marketing tools.

  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience supporting National Account or Trade Marketing programs.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams, Creative teams, and external agencies.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing marketing asset development and delivery.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
