  • Collaborate with internal and external agencies, incorporating feedback from brand, product, legal, and regulatory reviewers

  • Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns within multiple systems and processes, ensuring initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget

  • Track and manage content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics and materials as needed

  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to drive operational efficiencies and speed to market

  • Think critically and make recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve results, and reduce costs

  • Support efforts to enhance the customer onboarding experience as a key driver of retention and financial health

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills with the ability to earn trust among internal and external business partners and team members

  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, balanced with big-picture, strategic thinking

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital/Technology, or Business

  • Experience with omni-channel campaign execution across digital and direct mail platforms

  • Familiarity with financial products, payment solutions, or consumer banking marketing

  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented approach and comfort with evolving priorities
