Operating mowing equipment and various tools and equipment needed to maintain properties. Must be able to drive trucks pulling trailers. A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS A MUST WITH A GOOD DRIVING HISTORY, Must be willing to work various hours and have the ability to work independently and with others, Subject to random drug test, Mechanical ability, Construction ability, Concrete ability a plus, Pay depends on experience
