Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Formulation Scientist to support new product development and improvements across its consumer health portfolio. This individual will conduct hands-on laboratory work including formulation development, batch making, stability testing, and product performance evaluations while analyzing data and documenting results. The role partners closely with Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to support product launches, troubleshoot technical and manufacturing challenges, and ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. Experience in consumer products, personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical, or medical device environments is highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.

-2+ years of experience in an R&D, formulation, product development, or laboratory environment.

-Experience within consumer products, personal care, cosmetics, OTC, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.

-Experience with stability testing, emulsions, cleansers, creams, lotions, or topical products.
