Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient packaging of products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations, as well as mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain packaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.

  • Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

  • Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.

  • Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.

  • Follow all FDA regulations and company policies related to product handling and packaging processes.

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.

  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials as needed within the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician in Kentucky. (required).

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

  • Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations is highly desirable.

  • Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery related to packaging processes.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm Monday- Friday and every other weekend.
