Full job description

Assembler

Location- Owego, NY

Second Shift Only- Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1:30am

This program requires US Citizenship

Core Assembly & Production Work

  • Production assembly — Performs repetitive and non?repetitive electronic/mechanical assembly on modules, boards, panels, frames, drawers, cables, and subassemblies.

  • Diagram-based builds — Interprets diagrams/drawings, performs initial layouts, and uses hand/power tools, jigs, and saws.

  • Continuity checks — Conducts continuity testing on in?process and completed assemblies.

  • Quality inspections — Performs line inspections following established quality specifications.

  • Rework & modification — Disassembles, modifies, reworks, reassembles, and tests prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditions.

SMT / Soldering / Coating Experience

  • SMT soldering — 1–2+ years performing SMT and fine?pitch soldering on PCB assemblies.

  • Coating application- Applies conformal coating and related protective finishes to electronic assemblies.

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate / Range:$18-$20/hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position’s responsibilities; the candidate’s experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
