Director of Product

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Product to lead execution across a large-scale enterprise transformation portfolio. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, product teams, technology organizations, and business stakeholders to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful delivery across multiple interconnected workstreams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and can bridge business objectives with technical execution. The right candidate will bring a blend of product leadership, program delivery, stakeholder management, and organizational influence.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years leading enterprise-scale product, program, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, programs, or product portfolios.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives involving enterprise applications, integrations, modernization efforts, or digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success operating within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience presenting progress, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
• Experience within hospitality, travel, vacation ownership, cruise, theme park, or customer experience-driven industries.
• Previous background in software engineering, application development, or technical architecture.
• Experience transitioning from technical leadership into product or strategy leadership roles.
• Business architecture or enterprise architecture exposure.
• Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple applications, systems, and data domains.
• Exposure to AI-enabled products, platforms, or transformation initiatives.
