Activities Leader for Adult Day Care

A candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to: Engage new residents and determine their interests. Assist in running recreational programs to meet the interests of the residents. Enjoy being around/working with Older adults. Have patience and ability to cater to an array of residents' abilities/needs. Be Self-Motivated, Organized, & Think creatively. Be a good planner. Have the Ability to work as part of a team, communicate professionally and effectively. Use Good Time Management skills and ability to prioritize tasks/multi task when necessary. Be willing to work holidays and one weekend day. Art therapist, Creative talents a plus! This is a Full time position Monday through Friday weekends occasionally possible. 2 weeks vacation 4 personal 8 paid Holidays per year, paid sick time.
